Payment

Payment can be taken over the telephone by credit or debit card. Alternatively payment can be taken by cheque or cash at the time of the Energy assessment. A further option is to defer payment by up to a maximum of 9 months through Close Payment Services the largest independent merchant bank in the UK. An additional charge is payable for this service.

Orchard HIPS are now committed to protecting the environment. We do not issue paper copies except where they are specifically required. The prices we quote are for electronic/pdf copies only.

A charge of £11.50 including vat is made to cover printing and postage where a hard copy is required
